SHIPPING
Standard shipping is the only shipping choice available at the moment. As we mature as a company we hope to grow to be able to provide faster shipping methods. Shipping costs are added to your total when you check out. Shipping takes an average of 3-5 business days from purchase unless stated otherwise in the product description.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately as OneChance is a young company, our return and exchange policy is rather brief. Refunds are only an option if the products arrives to you flawed. If an order is placed accidental or ordered wrong size we don’t offer refunds , however we will offer an exchange if & only the item has not be opened. The customer must pay for shipping to & from for the exchange item.
We do not, however, accept returns for any reason other than a faulty product. Please double check your address before you order, if you order to the wrong address and the package gets sent back to us you must pay shipping cost to get it shipped to a different/correct address. Once an item is shipped we no longer have have responsibility over it. If an item is stole from your house we don’t offer refunds. You will have to open a claim with the shipping provider. All packages have tracking with “Out For Delivery” details. As OneChance matures as a company we hope to be able to one day meet the needs of all of our customers and adapt to be better suited to handle returns and exchanges.
